Terms of service

The contract that governs your use of AnyLB, including acceptable use and service levels.

Last updated: July 1, 2026

The agreement

These terms govern your access to the AnyLB platform. By creating an account or using the service you accept them on behalf of the organisation you represent. Enterprise customers may instead sign a negotiated master agreement, which takes precedence where it conflicts.

Acceptable use

You may use AnyLB to route and protect lawful HTTP/HTTPS traffic that you are authorised to control. The following are not permitted:

  • Routing traffic you do not own or have written permission to serve
  • Distributing malware, phishing content or unsolicited bulk messages
  • Attempting to probe, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the platform
  • Using the service in a way that infringes third-party rights

Service levels and support

Business plans carry a 99.95% monthly uptime commitment and Enterprise plans 99.99%, measured on the AnyLB edge availability API. Service credits are your sole remedy for a missed commitment. Support response targets are set out in the support policy attached to your plan.

Fees, term and termination

Paid plans bill in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Either party may terminate for material breach after a 30-day cure period. On termination we make your configuration and logs available for export for 30 days, then delete them.

Need a signed copy or a questionnaire filled in?

We can return completed security questionnaires, a signed DPA, and our SOC 2 Type II report under NDA.
