What personal data AnyLB processes, why we process it, and how long we keep it.

Last updated: July 1, 2026

Data we collect

We process account data (name, work email, company, billing details), configuration data you create in AnyLB, and request metadata generated while traffic flows through the platform.

  • Account and billing information supplied by you
  • Configuration such as pools, origins, health checks and strategies
  • Request metadata: timestamps, status codes, latency, edge region and retry chain
  • Support conversations and the diagnostic data you choose to share

How we use it

Account and configuration data are used to operate, secure and support the service. Request metadata is used to route traffic, detect failures and produce the logs and metrics you query. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use customer traffic to train models.

  • Operating and securing the platform
  • Billing and account administration
  • Responding to support requests
  • Meeting legal and regulatory obligations

Retention

Configuration and account records are kept for the life of the contract plus 30 days. Request logs are retained according to your plan — 3 days on Starter, 30 days on Business, and under your own retention policy on Enterprise. Deleted data is purged from backups within 35 days.

Your rights and how to reach us

You can request access, correction, export or deletion of personal data by writing to [email protected]. We respond within 30 days. Where AnyLB processes data on your behalf, you are the controller and we act as processor under our data processing agreement.
